I bought an immersion blender for a song a few years ago, and although I do not use much, is to stir the soup a creamy texture size. When I discovered that there is a hose attachment I had on my Christmas wish list (three years in a row). This past holiday, I finally received a gift.
There are wonderful to whip the cream (and fast), not only in the cup that came with the mixer, but in a large glass measuring cup or a bowl.

This little thing is so convenient last-minute repair on one of Lumpy Gravy. disordered much easier to use and less of a whip hand. And just as easy to clean! Put it in a cupboard near the fireplace, hand blender and you are more inclined to reach for him, as if it were raised near the ceiling.

I’m looking for a new gadget for my kitchen, and I’ve settled on an immersion blender. My research has led me to choose between either the KitchenAid KHB300 (amazon.com/…) or the Bamix Delux (cooking.com…). The KA would be $80, the Bamix would be $130. 
if you buy a kitchenaid mixer.you will buy stand mixer or hand mixer ?
